With agilesTrade, you can assign hierarchies to both your suppliers and your customers, define conditions such as discount levels, and define e.g. whether goods should be sent to a store and the corresponding invoice to the head office.
agilesTrade offers you extensive master data management. Your product management is maintained centrally and can also be used for your online shops or catalogs. The management of discontinued items is also uncomplicated in agilesTrade – set the status to “Discontinued” and avoid any automatic re-purchase by the supplier.
The different EAN / GTIN numbers for each packaging unit can also be assigned automatically by the system and don’t have to be entered manually by you or your employees.
Do conversion mistakes make life difficult for you? agilesTrade manages the different sizes, units and dimensions of your packaging units. For example, the weight of a pallet can be automatically calculated and taken into account in the volume calculation at the time of truck loading.
No more elaborate Excel calculations! With agilesTrade you receive a uniform calculation in the system. The purchase costs you have defined are taken into account so you receive an exact statement at the end as to whether you have made a good or bad deal, and whether you have correctly calculated your actual purchase price (cost price) in advance.

Capture your orders and purchase-relevant order data (eg supplier, delivery terms / INCO terms, country of origin, order and container quantities, etc.) quickly and easily. When entering the orders, you have access to the currently available quantities as well as reserved quantities and clearance sales.

Use the simple and transparent calculation of accruals in agilesTrade and keep track of the amounts to be paid throughout the year. Also, market development funds (MDF) can be taken into account with the condition module in the calculation.

With the container management module, you can, among other things, enter and manage your ETA / ETD date of an order as well as your ship voyages. If you change this data, your buyers will immediately know that the expected goods receipt will occur at a different time and can react to unplanned events earlier (escalation).
