To be able to help you best and fast, we need a detailed description with the following contents:

  • Description of the problem in key words
  • Your software version (if known)
  • Screenshot (if possible) of the received error message / support reason
  • Your contact information

After receiving your support request, we will create a support ticket and you will receive an e-mail with a unique support ticket number. Under this number, you can review the current status of your request at any time.
